Our commission rates for our clients are based on the work involved, the time factor and the risk involved for us. Once again this is developed with fairness in mind.
We have three positions available in residential sales.
We are a dynamic and innovative owner operated real estate services company. The principal has an extensive business background. She has many international connections and has sold properties from $60,000 to $15,500,000. Julie Ryan (international trainer) said her creative flair compares well with the best in the world.
This was still not good enough for us. We have decided to pay beginners a higher than industry standard commission. Sales consultants with a proved productivity record are rewarded accordingly.
You should have :
- A current real estate certificate.
- Developing or established network of people on your database.
- A good sense of humor.
- Experience preferable but not mandatory.
- Be an active member of a community or service group or a member of a sports, culture club or association.
