Private Treaty with Agency Agreement

This is just the name for the marketing method where the property is not going to tender or auction. If there are a number of buyers interested in your property and they all make offers it could have a positive influence on the price. If you have only one offer, then you will find that the buyer is negotiating your price down.

Marketing and advertising is even more important because there is no cut-off date.
