When you buy bare land it must be pegged to show the boundaries.
If you buy residential property the vendor does not have to point out boundaries according to the standard agreement but you can ask where the boundaries are so that you know exactly what you are buying and are not mislead by assumptions.
If the exact boundaries are very important to you, please advise us, so that I can organise with the vendor to show you the boundary pegs.
