Do check what procedure applies, should you have a claim. It must be simple and easy for you to lodge a claim. Check out your Yellow Pages and remember the most expensive is not necessarily the best but in most cases you get the type of service you pay for. Make sure the service they provide corresponds with the service you expect them to deliver.
If you buy new items before they are packed in the container, you will be charged an import fee in New Zealand.
