Apartment size ranges from several hundred square metres down to small studio apartments.
If you decide to buy a studio apartment, be aware that some banks are wary of lending on this type of residence, or on apartment as small as 60 square metres. So again, do your homework and be 100% sure your bank will provide the finance before entering any agreement to buy.
